Before product management, I worked as a QA tester and software developer. My passion lies in design: I like interior design, software design, architecture, jewelry design, and any other kind. The way I see it, my job is to design elegant and user-friendly solutions for our customers.I always prioritize simplicity over complexity. Less is more. One of my favorite examples is the first project I managed at BlazeMeter, the booting screen. To minimize information overload, while ensuring users still have all the info they need, we designed a two-mode screen, fit for users’ needs at any given time.Mode 1: Short and simpleBack to topWhat do you do outside of work?I like to travel and I like to learn new things. I get inspired by new domains I’m not familiar with. They fuel me with thoughts and insights that improve my work. So I actively seek out new learning opportunities. For example, I took a class in mediation training. This class has helped me identify hidden meanings behind requests. So when a customer asks me for a certain button, for example, I can use what I learned to unveil their real need. Then, I can develop the best feature to answer that need. Sometimes it will be the button they requested, but sometimes it will be something entirely different.Back to topWhat made you decide to work at BlazeMeter?I was looking for a role that would make the best use of my strengths in a friendly and professional working culture.
