[Performance] Started removing legacy JMeter versions

JMeter 3 has been removed from Blazemeter.

Now there is no such version in the “JMeter version” dropdown.

Existing tests that have JMeter 3 selected will still run, you’ll see warnings about the deprecated version usage:
