Alon Girmonsky

Alon Girmonsky

CEO

Alon brings over 20 years of technological expertise and innovation to the creation of BlazeMeter. Prior to founding BlazeMeter, he served as the CTO, VP Technologies for Taldor and was Co- Founder of iWeb Technologies (acquired by Global Media Online, 2002), a Young & Rubicam backed New Media Company. Alon began his career in the technology sector as an officer in the software division of Israel's Defence Force Intelligence unit.

Andrey Pokhilko

Andrey Pokhilko

Chief Scientist

Andrey Pokhilko is a renowned thought-leader and innovator within the Apache JMeter performance testing community. He has worked extensively to create and develop tools that enhance the Apache JMeter protocol coverage and analytical reporting capabilities. In 2009, Pokhilko founded JMeter-Plugins.org and led this open source project to its undisputed status as the premier source of JMeter Plugins in the world. Loadosophia was similarly born from Pokhilko’s desire to complete JMeter’s offerings. Pokhilko has world-class experience with large scale performance testing, having led the load testing team for five years at search engine giant Yandex.

Todd brings 20 years of enterprise sales and startup experience to BlazeMeter, supporting IT teams in Global 1000 companies advance software automation for DevOps. Starting his career at HP, Todd propelled his worldwide individual sales performance there into successes for companies and customers. Prior to BlazeMeter, Todd was Vice President of Sales for Distelli in Seattle software start-up that sells server configuration management solutions. Prior to Distelli, Todd was Vice President of Global Sales for CFEngine, an infrastructure automation start-up that sells server configuration management solutions. Todd’s team closed enterprise contracts with JPMC, Comcast, DirecTV, Deutsche Telekom, Standard Chartered Bank, ING, FIS Global and others. Prior to CFEngine Todd was the Chief Revenue Officer for Chef Software, a Seattle based infrastructure automation startup. Todd was responsible for establishing and executing the multi-channel commercial strategy for Chef, their open source based infrastructure automation solution. While there, Todd grew corporate revenue from zero to 10M+ in under 3 years. Prior to Chef Software, Todd made his mark in healthcare automation and data center automation, leading double digital revenue growth and strategic alliances for Edifecs, Bellevue, WA and Opsware, which was acquired by HP in 2007. An avid sailor, Todd is currently preparing his 30 foot wood sailboat to compete in the Single-Handed Transpac race from San Francisco to Kauai in 2018.

Dan Benger

Dan brings 20 years of worldwide entrepreneurship, sales and business development experience to BlazeMeter. Before joining BlazeMeter, Dan was the the founder and CEO of two companies, Neatcall which provides a new way to schedule conferences from the mobile phone, and TownTouch which provides a location-based ecommerce solution. Prior to those companies, Dan was VP of Sales for SysAid, a global ITSM leader where Dan led sales and deployment in 140 countries. Dan also spent 7 years as VP of International Sales & Business Development for Interwise (acquired by AT&T in 2007). Dan holds a MA in Philosophy, Information and Digital Culture from Tel Aviv University, and MBA in Information Systems from Leicester University in the UK. Dan played basketball in college and then pro Basketball for many. He still loves to see matches whenever he can.

VP Engineering

Alex brings more than 15 years of software development experience in network management, network security and application performance monitoring fields to BlazeMeter. Prior to BlazeMeter, Alex managed product development at SecurityDam, a cloud-based DDoS attack mitigation solution, served as R&D Director at Zend Technologies where he ran the entire application server product line. Alex also served as Support and Operations Manager for iWeb Technologies, acquired by Global Media Online, a Young & Rubicam company. Alex also spearheaded software development at Skybox Security, Identify Software (acquired by BMC) and Conduct (acquired by Mercury Interactive, now HP (NYSE: HPQ). Alex is a 'foodie' who loves wine and cooking. He clears his head of code with a good 5 mile run most days of the week. He has a B.S. in Math & Computer Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and MBA from Tel Aviv College of Management.

Tamir Pokorny

Tamir Pokorny

VP Finance & Analytics

Tamir brings over 15 years of financial and analytics leadership experience with technology companies and startups to BlazeMeter. Prior to joining BlazeMeter, Tamir served as VP Finance at Duda, a Bay Area startup offering a cloud-based web development platform. Prior to Duda, he was the FP&A Director at Inflection, where he managed all quantitative and financial aspects related to a $100M M&A transaction with Ancestry.com. Before Inflection, Tamir was Sr. FP&A Manager at EMC for the Backup Recovery Systems Group, and prior, was the Sr. Strategy Manager in the Personal Systems Group at HP, managing an internal consulting team. In addition to traveling, Tamir enjoys his family, saving stray animals and watching his unconventional neighbors that include mountain lions, bobcats, deer and owls. Tamir holds an MBA from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business, a BA in Economics and a LL.B Law from Tel Aviv University.

Yoav has been a successful tech entrepreneur and investor for the past two decades. YL Ventures, which he founded, invests early in cyber security, cloud computing, big data and Sofware-as-a-Service software companies, and accelerates their evolution via strategic advice. Yoav currently serves on the boards of five YL Ventures portfolio companies: Hexadite (automated cyber incident response), Seculert (cloud-based malware detection),Upstream Commerce (online retail intelligence), and FireLayers (security, compliance and IT governance for cloud applications and data). Yoav served on the boards of ClickTale (customer experience analytics) until it was exited to Amadeus Capital, and AcceloWeb (browser experience optimization) until it was exited to Limelight Networks. Yoav was the CEO and cofounder of Movota (mobile gaming) acquired by Bertelsmann, the CTO and cofounder of ExchangePath (online payments) acquired by CMGI, and the CEO and cofounder of PcEntertainer Magazine. Yoav was also an associate at DFJ Gotham Ventures, studied at IMD, and holds an MBA from Columbia University. Yoav's expertise and work has been covered in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Fortune, Wired, TechCrunch, Re/code, and other publications.

Adi Pundak-Mintz joined Gemini as General Partner in 1999. He draws upon his rich multi-disciplinary background in technology, science and business to make investments on behalf of Gemini in the areas of enterprise software and services. Adi currently sits on the boards of Gemini portfolio companies CloudShare, dbMotion (acquired by Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, NASD: MDRX), Metrolight, Totango and TaKaDu, and is an observer on the boards of OpTier and Wikio. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Adi held business development and marketing positions with Nexus Telecommunications (Nasdaq: NXUS), a developer of wireless technologies for messaging and location services. Before that, Adi worked as an engineer at ECI Telecom, a provider of networking infrastructure solutions, in the company's Synchronous Digital Hierarchy business unit. Adi spent his military service with the Israeli Navy as a project engineer for naval underwater systems.

Kobi co-founded Glilot Capital Partners to expand his extensive professional experience in support of strong entrepreneurs with great business models in technology. Kobi brings extensive work experience and successes holding several senior level positions at prominent software and technology companies including iWeb Technologies Ltd. (Acquired by Softbank), Infogear Technology Ltd. (Acquired by Cisco), Lamda Communication Networks (Acquired by NICE Systems), and Menta Networks Ltd. Kobi served as an officer in the R&D unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps. He also graduated with high honors from the "Technion", Israel Institute of Technology where he earned an MBA Magna Cum Laude in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to Axcient, Justin founded MK Global, which provided an innovative approach to addressing the surplus of secondary market telecommunications equipment following the dot-com collapse. At MK Global he secured exclusive rights to more than $1B in infrastructure from a major Telecom provider and led the company to profitability with Qwest and Level 3 Communications as key customers. Before MK Global, Justin founded CollegeJobs.com, a company dedicated to providing a single, simple-to-use source for student job searching. Justin actively participates in the advisory boards and councils of private and public companies, is a popular keynote speaker, is frequently quoted or published in leading business media and is an award-winning mentor to young entrepreneurs.
