About Your Chef
Born and raised in the UK, Chef Howells discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, winning the prestigious Young Chef’s competition early in his career. He honed his craft at renowned establishments like The Ivy, Scott’s in Mayfair, and other Caprice Holdings venues. Now the Executive Head Chef at Lucky Cat, Howells collaborates closely with Gordon Ramsay to create innovative dishes and oversee all locations. Chef Howells recently played a pivotal role in opening London’s highest restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate and will be featured in the upcoming Netflix docuseries, Being Gordon Ramsay.
