Build JMeter Scripts Based on Browsing Sessions with BlazeMeter Google Chrome Addon

BlazeMeter, provider of the JMeter based load testing cloud, announced the update of its Google Chrome addon which enables the user to to record and edit JMeter scripts based on browsing sessions without the need to code or use JMeter.


BlazeMeter announced two new key features, the first feature enables the user to record the browsing session as a JMX file and export the file directly to JMeter. The second feature: User agent switcher provides the ability to select and change user agent header real time while recording. Although the session is physically done in Google Chrome, the agent can be defines as one of many other browsers from mobile devices, through various editions of Firefox and Explorer until various popular bots such as Google bot and Bing bot.
